SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GID8 (GID complex subunit 8 homolog, also called Twa1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GID8 qPCR Primer Set – GID complex subunit 8 homolog
Also known as: C20orf11, TWA1
About this gene: GID8 is predicted to enable protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway and positive regulation of cell population proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54994; HGNC ID: HGNC:15857; UniProt: Q9NWU2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017896.3; Chromosome location: 20q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
