SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ACTN1 (actinin alpha 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ACTN1 qPCR Primer Set – actinin alpha 1
Also known as: BDPLT15
About this gene: Alpha actinins belong to the spectrin gene superfamily which represents a diverse group of cytoskeletal proteins, including the alpha and beta spectrins and dystrophins. Alpha actinin is an actin-binding protein with multiple roles in different cell types. In nonmuscle cells, the cytoskeletal isoform is found along microfilament bundles and adherens-type junctions, where it is involved in binding actin to the membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 87; HGNC ID: HGNC:163; UniProt: P12814; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001130004.2; Chromosome location: 14q24.1|14q22-q24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
