SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CD93 (CD93 molecule, also called C1qRp) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CD93 qPCR Primer Set – CD93 molecule
Also known as: C1QR1, C1qR(P), C1qRP, CDw93, ECSM3, MXRA4, dJ737E23.1
About this gene: The CD93 protein is a cell-surface glycoprotein and type I membrane protein that was originally identified as a myeloid cell-specific marker. The CD93 protein was once thought to be a receptor for C1q, but now is believed to instead be involved in intercellular adhesion and in the clearance of apoptotic cells. The intracellular cytoplasmic tail of this protein has been found to interact with moesin, a protein known to play a role in linking transmembrane proteins to the cytoskeleton and in the remodelling of the cytoskeleton.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22918; HGNC ID: HGNC:15855; UniProt: Q9NPY3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012072.4; Chromosome location: 20p11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
