SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MFSD12 (major facilitator superfamily domain containing 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human MFSD12 qPCR Primer Set – major facilitator superfamily domain containing 12
Also known as: C19orf28, PP3501, SLC59B1
About this gene: MFSD12 enables cysteine transmembrane transporter activity. It is involved in cysteine transmembrane transport; pigment metabolic process involved in pigmentation; and regulation of melanin biosynthetic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 126321; HGNC ID: HGNC:28299; UniProt: Q6NUT3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_174983.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
