SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human VPS9D1 (VPS9 domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human VPS9D1 qPCR Primer Set – VPS9 domain containing 1
Also known as: ATP-BL, ATPBL, C16orf7
About this gene: VPS9D1 is predicted to enable guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity and small GTPase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Predicted to be active in cytosol and endocytic vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9605; HGNC ID: HGNC:13526; UniProt: Q9Y2B5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004913.3; Chromosome location: 16q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
