About this gene: USB1 encodes a protein with multiple conserved domains, however, its exact function is not known. Mutations in USB1 are linked to poikiloderma with neutropenia, which shows phenotypic overlap with Rothmund-Thomson syndrome caused by mutations in the RECQL4 gene.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
