SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PRMT2IP (PRMT2 interacting protein) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human PRMT2IP qPCR Primer Set – PRMT2 interacting protein
Also known as: C15orf39
About this gene: It is involved in negative regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction and negative regulation of inflammatory response.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56905; HGNC ID: HGNC:24497; UniProt: Q6ZRI6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015492.5; Chromosome location: 15q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
