SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BBOF1 (basal body orientation factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BBOF1 qPCR Primer Set – basal body orientation factor 1
Also known as: C14orf45, CCDC176, FBB10
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in sperm axoneme assembly. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including cilium movement involved in cell motility; negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization; and protein stabilization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80127; HGNC ID: HGNC:19855; UniProt: Q8ND07; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025057.3; Chromosome location: 14q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
