SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DNAL1 (dynein axonemal light chain 1, also called LC1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DNAL1 qPCR Primer Set – dynein axonemal light chain 1
Also known as: C14orf168, CILD16, LC1
About this gene: DNAL1 encodes a axonemal dynein light chain which acts as a component of the outer dynein arms complex. This complex acts as the molecular motor that provides the force to move cilia in an ATP-dependent manner.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83544; HGNC ID: HGNC:23247; UniProt: Q4LDG9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031427.4; Chromosome location: 14q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
