SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RTRAF (RNA transcription, translation and transport factor, also called CLE) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RTRAF qPCR Primer Set – RNA transcription, translation and transport factor
Also known as: C14orf166, CGI-99, CGI99, CLE, CLE7, LCRP369, RLLM1, TSLIG4, hCLE, hCLE1
About this gene: RTRAF enables RNA binding activity and RNA polymerase II complex binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of protein kinase activity; positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; and tRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51637; HGNC ID: HGNC:23169; UniProt: Q9Y224; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016039.3; Chromosome location: 14q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
