SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human CEP128 (centrosomal protein 128) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human CEP128 qPCR Primer Set – centrosomal protein 128
Also known as: C14orf145, C14orf61, LEDP/132
About this gene: It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of cilium assembly; positive regulation of protein localization; and regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within regulation of gene expression and sperm flagellum assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 145508; HGNC ID: HGNC:20359; UniProt: Q6ZU80; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152446.5; Chromosome location: 14q31.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
