SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ACRBP (acrosin binding protein, also called CT23) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ACRBP qPCR Primer Set – acrosin binding protein
Also known as: CT23, OY-TES-1, SP32
About this gene: The ACRBP protein is similar to proacrosin binding protein sp32 precursor found in mouse, guinea pig, and pig. The ACRBP protein belongs to the cancer/testis family of antigens and it is found to be immunogenic. In normal tissues, this mRNA is expressed only in testis, whereas it is detected in a range of different tumor types such as bladder, breast, lung, liver, and colon.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84519; HGNC ID: HGNC:17195; UniProt: Q8NEB7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032489.3; Chromosome location: 12p13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
