SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SYNE3 (spectrin repeat containing nuclear envelope family member 3, also called KASH3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SYNE3 qPCR Primer Set – spectrin repeat containing nuclear envelope family member 3
Also known as: C14orf139, C14orf49, KASH3, LINC00341, NCRNA00341, NET53, Nesp3
About this gene: SYNE3 enables actin filament binding activity and cytoskeleton-nuclear membrane anchor activity. It is involved in cytoskeleton organization; establishment of protein localization to membrane; and regulation of cell shape.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 161176; HGNC ID: HGNC:19861; UniProt: Q6ZMZ3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152592.6; Chromosome location: 14q32.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
