SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAPK3 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 3, also called ERK1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAPK3 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 3
Also known as: ERK-1, ERK1, ERT2, HS44KDAP, HUMKER1A, P44ERK1, P44MAPK, PRKM3, p44-ERK1, p44-MAPK
About this gene: The MAPK3 protein belongs to the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases, act in a signaling cascade that regulates various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression in response to a variety of extracellular signals. This kinase is activated by upstream kinases, resulting in its translocation to the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5595; HGNC ID: HGNC:6877; UniProt: P27361; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002746.3; Chromosome location: 16p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
