SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human P2RY14 (purinergic receptor P2Y14, also called P2Y14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human P2RY14 qPCR Primer Set – purinergic receptor P2Y14
Also known as: BPR105, GPR105, P2Y14
About this gene: The product of P2RY14 belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors, which contains multiple receptor subtypes with different pharmacological selectivity for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. This receptor is a P2Y purinergic receptor for UDP-glucose and other UDP-sugars coupled to G-proteins. The P2RY14 gene product has been implicated in extending the known immune system functions of P2Y receptors by participating in the regulation of the stem cell compartment, and it may also play a role in neuroimmune function.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9934; HGNC ID: HGNC:16442; UniProt: Q15391; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014879.4; Chromosome location: 3q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
