About this gene: ZWINT encodes a protein that is clearly involved in kinetochore function although an exact role is not known. The ZWINT gene product interacts with ZW10, another kinetochore protein, possibly regulating the association between ZW10 and kinetochores. The ZWINT protein localizes to prophase kinetochores before ZW10 does and it remains detectable on the kinetochore until late anaphase.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
