About this gene: The zona pellucida is an extracellular matrix that surrounds the oocyte and early embryo. The ZP3 gene product is composed primarily of three or four glycoproteins with various functions during fertilization and preimplantation development. The ZP3 protein is a structural component of the zona pellucida and functions in primary binding and induction of the sperm acrosome reaction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
