Also known as: A12.2, HTEX-6, HTEX6, Rpa12, TCTEX6, TEX6, ZNRD1, ZR14, hZR14, tctex-6
About this gene: POLR1H encodes a DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit. The POLR1H protein contains two potential zinc-binding motifs and may play a role in regulation of cell proliferation. The POLR1H protein may be involved in cancer and human immunodeficiency virus progression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 30834; HGNC ID: HGNC:13182; UniProt: Q9P1U0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_170783.4; Chromosome location: 6p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
