Human ZBTB11 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 11
Also known as: MRT69, ZNF-U69274, ZNF913
About this gene: ZBTB11 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of DNA-templated transcription. Implicated in autosomal recessive intellectual developmental disorder 69.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27107; HGNC ID: HGNC:16740; UniProt: O95625; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014415.4; Chromosome location: 3q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
