SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF747 (zinc finger protein 747) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF747 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 747
About this gene: ZNF747 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65988; HGNC ID: HGNC:28350; UniProt: Q9BV97; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001305018.2; Chromosome location: 16p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
