SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ACP4 (acid phosphatase 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ACP4 qPCR Primer Set – acid phosphatase 4
Also known as: ACPT, AI1J
About this gene: Acid phosphatases are enzymes capable of hydrolyzing orthophosphoric acid esters in an acid medium. ACP4 is up-regulated by androgens and is down-regulated by estrogens in the prostate cancer cell line. ACP4 exhibits a lower level of expression in testicular cancer tissues than in normal tissues.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93650; HGNC ID: HGNC:14376; UniProt: Q9BZG2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033068.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
