The encoded protein, a component of the U7 snRNP complex, is involved in histone 3'-end pre-mRNA processing and may be required for cell cycle progression to S phase. Expression level and methylation status of ZNF473 may be correlated with bone mineral density.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
