SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF469 (zinc finger protein 469) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF469 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 469
Also known as: BCS, BCS1, Zfp469
About this gene: ZNF469 encodes a zinc-finger protein. Low-percent homology to certain collagens suggests that it may function as a transcription factor or extra-nuclear regulator factor for the synthesis or organization of collagen fibers. Mutations in ZNF469 cause brittle cornea syndrome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84627; HGNC ID: HGNC:23216; UniProt: Q96JG9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001367624.2; Chromosome location: 16q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
