SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZBTB25 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 25) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZBTB25 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 25
Also known as: C14orf51, KUP, ZNF46
About this gene: ZBTB25 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; regulation of cytokine production; and regulation of immune system process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7597; HGNC ID: HGNC:13112; UniProt: P24278; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006977.5; Chromosome location: 14q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
