SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZBTB24 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 24) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZBTB24 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 24
Also known as: BIF1, ICF2, PATZ2, ZNF450
About this gene: ZBTB24 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to act upstream of or within hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation. Implicated in immunodeficiency-centromeric instability-facial anomalies syndrome 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9841; HGNC ID: HGNC:21143; UniProt: O43167; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014797.3; Chromosome location: 6q21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
