SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF443 (zinc finger protein 443) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF443 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 443
Also known as: ZK1
About this gene: Zinc finger proteins bind DNA and, through this binding, regulate gene transcription. Most ZNFs contain conserved C2H2 motifs and are classified as Kruppel-type zinc fingers. For a general description of these proteins, see ZNF91.[supplied by OMIM, Jul 2002].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10224; HGNC ID: HGNC:20878; UniProt: Q9Y2A4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005815.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
