SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF397 (zinc finger protein 397) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF397 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 397
Also known as: ZNF47, ZSCAN15
About this gene: ZNF397 encodes a protein with a N-terminal SCAN domain, and the longer isoform contains nine C2H2-type zinc finger repeats in the C-terminal domain. The protein localizes to centromeres during interphase and early prophase, and different isoforms can repress or activate transcription in transfection studies. Additional variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84307; HGNC ID: HGNC:18818; UniProt: Q8NF99; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001135178.3; Chromosome location: 18q12.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
