SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF382 (zinc finger protein 382, also called KS1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF382 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 382
Also known as: KS1
About this gene: ZNF382 encodes a KRAB domain zinc finger transcription factor. KZNFs play critical roles in the regulation of many cellular processes including differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis. The ZNF382 protein inhibits activating protein 1 and nuclear factor kappa-B signaling and may function as a tumor suppressor in multiple carcinomas.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84911; HGNC ID: HGNC:17409; UniProt: Q96SR6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032825.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
