Human ZNF365 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 365
Also known as: Su48, UAN, ZNF365D
About this gene: ZNF365 encodes a zinc finger protein that may play a role in the repair of DNA damage and maintenance of genome stability. The N-terminal C2H2 zinc finger motif is required to form a protein complex with PARP1 and MRE11, which are known to be involved in the restart of stalled DNA replication forks. A mutation in ZNF365 may be linked to breast cancer susceptibility.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 22891; HGNC ID: HGNC:18194; UniProt: Q70YC5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014951.3; Chromosome location: 10q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
