SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RCHY1 (ring finger and CHY zinc finger domain containing 1, also called hPirh2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RCHY1 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger and CHY zinc finger domain containing 1
Also known as: ARNIP, CHIMP, PIRH2, PRO1996, RNF199, ZCHY, ZNF363
About this gene: The RCHY1 protein has ubiquitin ligase activity. The RCHY1 gene product mediates E3-dependent ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of target proteins, including tumor protein 53, histone deacetylase 1, and cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1B, thus regulating their levels and cell cycle progression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25898; HGNC ID: HGNC:17479; UniProt: Q96PM5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015436.4; Chromosome location: 4q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
