SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF358 (zinc finger protein 358) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF358 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 358
Also known as: ZFEND
About this gene: ZNF358 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including embryonic forelimb morphogenesis; neural tube development; and stem cell population maintenance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 140467; HGNC ID: HGNC:16838; UniProt: Q9NW07; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018083.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
