Mammalian members of this family contain a single zinc finger domain composed of a tetrad of C2H2 zinc fingers with variable N- and C-terminal extensions that contain intrinsically disordered domains. Members of this family are involved in epithelial development and differentiation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
