SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF335 (zinc finger protein 335) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF335 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 335
Also known as: MCPH10, NIF-1, NIF1, NIF2
About this gene: The ZNF335 protein enhances transcriptional activation by ligand-bound nuclear hormone receptors. However, it does this not by direct interaction with the receptor, but by direct interaction with the nuclear hormone receptor transcriptional coactivator NRC. The encoded protein may function by altering local chromatin structure.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 63925; HGNC ID: HGNC:15807; UniProt: Q9H4Z2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022095.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
