SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF12 (zinc finger protein 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF12 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 12
Also known as: GIOT-3, HZF11, KOX3, ZNF325
About this gene: ZNF12 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and encodes a protein with eight C2H2-type zinc fingers and a KRAB domain. This nuclear protein is involved in developmental control of gene expression. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7559; HGNC ID: HGNC:12902; UniProt: P17014; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016265.4; Chromosome location: 7p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
