About this gene: ZNF304 belongs to the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family of proteins. The ZNF304 protein acts as a transcriptional repressor that recruits a corepressor complex to stimulate promoter hypermethylation and transcriptional silencing of target genes. Expression of ZNF304 is upregulated in colorectal, ovarian and breast cancer, and ZNF304 may promote cancer cell survival, growth and invasion.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
