SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZBTB20 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 20) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ZBTB20 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 20
Also known as: DPZF, HOF, ODA-8S, PRIMS, ZNF288
About this gene: This gene, which was initially designated as dendritic cell-derived BTB/POZ zinc finger, belongs to a family of transcription factors with an N-terminal BTB/POZ domain and a C-terminal DNA-bindng zinc finger domain. The BTB/POZ domain is a hydrophobic region of approximately 120 aa which mediates association with other BTB/POZ domain-containing proteins. ZBTB20 acts as a transcriptional repressor and is involved in many processes including neurogenesis, glucose homeostasis, and postnatal growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26137; HGNC ID: HGNC:13503; UniProt: Q9HC78; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001348800.3; Chromosome location: 3q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
