SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF267 (zinc finger protein 267) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF267 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 267
Also known as: HZF2
About this gene: ZNF267 is predicted to enable transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10308; HGNC ID: HGNC:13060; UniProt: Q14586; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003414.6; Chromosome location: 16p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
