Human ZNF224 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 224
Also known as: BMZF-2, BMZF2, KOX22, ZNF255, ZNF27
About this gene: ZNF224 belongs to the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger family of proteins. The ZNF224 protein represses transcription of the aldolase A gene, which encodes a key enzyme in glycolysis. The encoded zinc-finger protein may also function as a transcriptional co-activator with Wilms' tumor protein 1 to regulate apoptotic genes in leukemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7767; HGNC ID: HGNC:13017; UniProt: Q9NZL3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001321645.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
