SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF236 (zinc finger protein 236) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF236 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 236
Also known as: ZNF236A, ZNF236B
About this gene: ZNF236 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is involved in cellular response to glucose stimulus. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7776; HGNC ID: HGNC:13028; UniProt: Q9UL36; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001306089.2; Chromosome location: 18q23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
