Human ZNF235 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 235
Also known as: ANF270, HZF6, ZFP93, ZNF270
About this gene: ZNF235 product belongs to the zinc finger protein superfamily, members of which are regulatory proteins characterized by nucleic acid-binding zinc finger domains. The ZNF235 protein belongs to the Kruppel family of zinc finger proteins, and contains Kruppel-associated box A and B domains and 15 tandemly arrayed C2H2-type zinc fingers. The ZNF235 gene product is an ortholog of the mouse Zfp93 protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9310; HGNC ID: HGNC:12866; UniProt: Q14590; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004234.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
