SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF226 (zinc finger protein 226) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF226 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 226
About this gene: ZNF226 is predicted to enable transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7769; HGNC ID: HGNC:13019; UniProt: Q9NYT6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001032373.2; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
