SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF219 (zinc finger protein 219) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF219 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 219
Also known as: ZFP219
About this gene: ZNF219 belongs to the Kruppel-like zinc finger gene family. The ZNF219 protein acts as a transcriptional repressor of the high mobility group nucleosome binding domain 1 protein, which is linked to transcriptionally active chromatin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51222; HGNC ID: HGNC:13011; UniProt: Q9P2Y4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016423.3; Chromosome location: 14q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
