About this gene: ACP3 encodes a enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of orthophosphoric monoester to alcohol and orthophosphate. The ACP3 gene product is synthesized under androgen regulation and is secreted by the epithelial cells of the prostate gland. This isoform contains a transmembrane domain and is localized in the plasma membrane-endosomal-lysosomal pathway.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
