SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF214 (zinc finger protein 214) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF214 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 214
Also known as: BAZ-1, BAZ1
About this gene: ZNF214 is expressed predominantly in the testis and encodes a zinc finger protein that contains an N-terminal kruppel-associated box A domain and twelve zinc finger domains. ZNF214 is located within one of three regions on chromosome 11p15 linked to Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, called Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome chromosome region-2, and is believed to play a role in the etiology of this disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7761; HGNC ID: HGNC:13006; UniProt: Q9UL59; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013249.4; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
