SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF208 (zinc finger protein 208) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF208 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 208
Also known as: PMIDP, ZNF95
About this gene: Zinc finger proteins, such as ZNF208, bind DNA and, through this binding, regulate gene transcription. Most ZNFs contain conserved C2H2 motifs and are classified as Kruppel-type zinc fingers. A conserved protein motif, termed the Kruppel-associated box domain, mediates protein-protein interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7757; HGNC ID: HGNC:12999; UniProt: O43345; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007153.3; Chromosome location: 19p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
