SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF205 (zinc finger protein 205, also called RhitH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF205 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 205
Also known as: RhitH, ZNF210, Zfp13
About this gene: ZNF205 is predicted to enable DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; positive regulation of hydrogen peroxide biosynthetic process; and positive regulation of mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization involved in apoptotic signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7755; HGNC ID: HGNC:12996; UniProt: O95201; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001042428.2; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
