About this gene: The ZMYM2 protein is a zinc finger protein that may act as a transcription factor. Translocation of ZMYM2 with the fibroblast growth factor receptor-1 gene leads to a fusion gene, which may be a cause of stem cell leukemia lymphoma syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
