Human ZNF195 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 195
Also known as: HRF1, ZNFP104
About this gene: ZNF195 encodes a protein belonging to the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. These family members are transcription factors that are implicated in a variety of cellular processes. ZNF195 is located near the centromeric border of chromosome 11p15.5, next to an imprinted domain that is linked to maternal-specific loss of heterozygosity in Wilms' tumors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7748; HGNC ID: HGNC:12986; UniProt: O14628; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001130520.3; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
