SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LYSET (lysosomal enzyme trafficking factor, also called GCAF) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LYSET qPCR Primer Set – lysosomal enzyme trafficking factor
Also known as: C14orf109, DMAN, GCAF, TMEM251
About this gene: It is involved in lysosomal transport; lysosome organization; and regulation of vesicle-mediated transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26175; HGNC ID: HGNC:20218; UniProt: Q8N6I4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001098621.4; Chromosome location: 14q32.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
