Human RNF113A qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 113A
Also known as: Cwc24, RNF113, TTD5, ZNF183
About this gene: This intronless gene encodes a protein which contains a C3H1-type zinc finger domain and a C3HC4 Ring-type zinc finger domain. The Ring-type zinc finger domain is identified in various tumor suppressors, DNA repair genes and cytokine receptor-associated molecules, and is probably involved in mediating protein-protein interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7737; HGNC ID: HGNC:12974; UniProt: O15541; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006978.3; Chromosome location: Xq24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
